The Bible reports that Jesus died at the age of thirty-three. And it is still the world’s most popular and influential leader. The number of years you live doesn’t matter if your life is meaningless to society. If you leave behind you anything that can help others, your life was meaningful. Whatever you have done for yourself is buried along with you. But the positive input you have added to the wellness of the planet remains and is immortal.
To make a meaningful journey, it will help to sow seeds that can feed or inspire others. If you plant a tree, upcoming generations will remember you. If you write a book or produce anything valuable, your footprints are indelible. There is no reason to fear death if your contribution to the planet is remarkable.
During your journey, you can create opportunities to serve humanity. When you are helpful to others, your service is divine. Therefore, if you let your actions be spotless, free of hatred, envy, and egoism, you will leave positive footprints upon your death.
