Gratitude is an inward feeling of appreciation for a service or a gift received. We should be grateful to God constantly for His continuing help and assistance. Thankfulness allows you to attract favorable people, things, and circumstances to your path. Likewise, those who do not know how to thank cannot find help to get through their adversities.
Never let depression, anxiety, and an unstable mind steal your gratitude. “If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future,” said Lao-Tzu. Living peacefully in the present, you are most likely to be grateful. It is best to keep this attitude all the time.
