Stay safe

Amid the crisis and fear due to the COVID-19, stay safe, poised, calm, and tranquil. Here is the kind of behavior Deepak Chopra and Rudolph Tanzi recommend in similar situations: “We just urge you to quit being part of the majority who live in confusion and conflict. Join the minority that sees a clear path out of darkness – that never submits to fear and despair- and that does its part to lead everyone out of crisis into a future full of light.”

Change our attitudes

Ignorance is the source of all problems. We let our senses drive us and end up to a thorny shrub challenging to escape. That is the fact in almost all situations that occurred in our life. Our thoughts regularly discharge negativities into the planet. We let our speech go unguarded with a tendency to criticize others. Many of us consider themselves as the salt of the earth. They never meditate on who they are, what the world is, and what they can do to better the world.

Today the planet is suffering for lack of love and compassion. We misuse our time in criticizing others instead of applauding their success. The earth provides us with possibilities to develop our potentials, but we must be conscious of our fraternal relationship and show love and compassion to one another. Most of us focus their attention on material needs, ignoring that the earth needs some attention for its wellness as well.

I hope the COVID 19 issues serve as a wake-up call for humanity to change their attitudes. The earth is the Providing Mother, the Nurturer, and Caregiver. We must change our attitudes towards the caregiver to receive better care from her. From now on, remember to send positive vibrations daily to the earth.

Make yourself better

We live on a beautiful planet, which provides us with possibilities to develop our potentials and play our role effectively. But we need to be conscious of our mission and play it properly without being jealous of others. Best is to accept the reality at face value. If each individual decides to better themselves,  the collective consciousness will automatically change positively. If we ensconce ourselves within the security of our wealth and believe that everything goes smoothly, we are sailing through all sorts of illusions. When a virus invades a part of the world, it spreads all over. That is a good reason to look at the world with eyes filled with love. To fulfill our service as a human being, we must create possibilities for others to be happy regardless of our function. “With the realization of one’s potential and self-confidence in one’s ability, one can build a better world,” says the Dalai Lama.

Avoid mistaken beliefs

Whenever a mistaken belief about others takes root in your thought, unroot it immediately. If you fail to dislodge it, you will become judgmental. With this attitude in your subconscious mind, your life may slow to a standstill. Always do your best to develop qualities that transform you into a positive force within and without. Be patient, accommodating, conciliatory, tolerant, and adaptable.

Fortify your mind

Let happiness fill your heart every second, every minute, every hour, and every day. Each time you have the opportunity to breathe; it is God’s blessing; don’t take it for granted. January 1st is indeed the first day of the year, per the Gregorian calendar, but every day is a new day that deserves gratitude. Every morning, you need to thank God for a new beautiful day. Don’t wait until January 1st to ask Him for all kinds of materials.
You may consider the end of the year as the right occasion to assess your spiritual achievements. If you have contributed to the wellness of humanity, you are on a good path. Keep this standard up. Your mission on Earth is to share love and compassion. If your contribution to these values was not enough, make an effort to add more during the upcoming year. You must turn your minds into a fortress; therefore, you need to create the right conditions to make it so. The management of your thoughts is a prerequisite. Plant the seeds of love and compassion daily, not occasionally.

Thoughts are both constructors and destroyers. Anytime they deviate from love, compassion, altruism, peace, tolerance, and understanding, remind yourself those are the values you are here to apply.

When your thoughts give rise to the ego, you focus all your attention on yourself and are ready to destroy all around you to satisfy your needs. You must subdue your ego and empower Christ Consciousness. The best way to do so is through meditation. The daily meditation turns your mind into a fortress, blocking malicious thoughts.

May the divine light enlighten your life and warm your heart this holiday season and every day!
Spiritual Conscience Awakeness wishes everyone a New Year in peace, love, and harmony.

Create happiness

“Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.” Buddha

You do not become broke by sharing joy and happiness with others. Happiness is a healing therapeutics, as sorrow is life destructor. Each time you make others happy with your words, thoughts, or actions, you take the sword of sorrow off their hands. When you save others’ life, you create the inner conditions for good karma.
