I am guilty of war when I proudly exercise my intelligence to the disadvantage of others.
I am guilty of war when I distort other’s opinions, which differ from my own.
I am guilty of war when I show disregard for the rights and properties of others.
I am guilty of war when I covet what another has honestly acquired.
I am guilty of war when I seek to maintain my superiority of position by depriving others of their opportunity of advancement.
I am guilty of war if I imagine my kin and myself to be a privileged people.
I am guilty of war if I believe a heritage entitles me to monopolize resources of nature.
I am guilty of war when I believe other people must think and live as I do.
I am guilty of war when I make success in life solely dependent upon power, fame, and riches.
I am guilty of war when I think the minds of people should be regulated by force, rather than by reason.
I am guilty of war when I believe the God I conceive is the one that others must accept.
I am guilty of war when I think that the land of a person’s birth must necessarily be the place of his or her livelihood.

Beloved sisters and brothers,
As spiritual beings, we need to always cleanse our inner consciousness and live in love, harmony, and compassion. We must not hold thoughts or utter words that are full of hate. In doing so, we ruin the lives of those we love as well as our own.Don’t let our thoughts and words be a poison to us and to those around us.

He who is handcuffed by his passion doesn’t know how to love. When you ensconce yourself within your passion and seek people’s approval, you cannot move on to the Great Light. The way to the Light is fraught with pitfalls. Those who are faded into obscurity tend to make fun of your bravery. Don’t back down to merely please them. Remember, they are like birds; light can blind them and make them more obscure than darkness. If you are called upon to climb mountains on your search for the Great Light, all you need are: an enlightened intelligence, an unstoppable audacity, and a strong will. (Dr. Serge Valcourt)

Cultivate love and compassion is a remedy to your health in both physical and spiritual planes and impacts on the entire humanity. In order for you to reach out to others, you shall love yourself first. The quality of ingredients you possess inside determines whether you love yourself or not. You do not love yourself if you don’t cultivate peace, love, and harmony within yourself. You do not love yourself if your thoughts, words, and deeds are not in service of humanity. If you don’t love yourself, you cannot develop love and compassion to others.
